Wednesday Crucifixion
I am going to illustrate by scripture Yahushua was crucified on Wednesday after noon at 3:pm at The Place of the Scull, the scull of Goliath killed by David and buried in Jerusalem.
John 12:1-2a Then Jesus six days before the Passover came to Bethany, where Lazarus was which had been dead, whom he raised from the dead. 2There they made him a supper;
This was the Sabbath eve, Friday night.
Friday eve to Saturday eve 1 day
Saturday eve to Sunday 2 days
Sunday eve to Monday 3 days
Monday eve to Tuesday 4 days
Tuesday eve to Wednesday 5 days
Wednesday eve to Thursday 6 days
Matthew 12:40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale’s belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
Yahushua was crucified on Wednesday 3pm, his body was right at the place of burial; Golgotha was in the valley not on top of a hill. Now it is a park behind the bus station in Jerusalem outside the old city wall. Most of you saw this on Ron Wyatt’s tape.
John 12:12-13 On the next day much people that were come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem, 13Took branches of palm trees, and went forth to meet him, and cried, Hosanna: Blessed is the King of Israel that cometh in the name of the Lord.
Revelation 7 you are going to be waving palm branches too. We also know that the previous day was the Sabbath.
Wednesday eve to Thursday eve one day and a night,
Thursday eve to Friday eve two days and nights,
Friday eve to Saturday eve THREE DAYS AND THREE NIGHTS.
When they came to the sepulcher very early in the morning he was already gone, out of the earth not still in it. The dead in Christ were the ones who rose on Sunday morning and walked into the Holy City and were seen by many.
Truth, understanding, and study of scripture are important to comprehend the past to know the future. Forget what you have been taught through tradition and search the scriptures YOURSELVES.
